Tip 1:  Beritahu customer item tinggal LAST PIECE JE!


  • Semua orang ️nak item yg high demand .
  • so ️kalau customer Tanya 1 item, selalu beritahu customer yg design ni tinggal LAST piece je
  •  dan inform ️dia , ️kalau Sekarang ️tak beli , mungkin malam Atau Esok akan sold out
  • dgn cara ni , customer yg ️memang Minat akan order dgn U , customer yg ️tak begitu Minat pun ️tak kisah kan
  • so cara ni Jimatkan masa U sebab U tau customer tu Minat Atau ️tak begitu Minat


Tip 2: Kalau item customer Minat tu ️memang dah SOLD OUT , Jgn stop situ je.

  • Kena ambil Berat customer suka Warna Atau design ️dia? ️Kalau suka Warna tu, U Cakap akan suggest best seller yg lain Utk ️dia.
  • important : Apabila U suggest best seller , ️memang kena pilih accessories yg U rasa Cantik & similar Utk customer
  •  kalau u sendiri ️tak suka , macam mana convince customer suka item tu?



Tip 3: Customer Minat dah beli 2 items ? UPSELL ️dia

  •   beritahu ️dia ️kalau ️dia Tambah 1 item lagi , U bagi customer tu extra discount ( ️tengok U ️nak bagi berapa, up to U )
  •   selalunya ️kalau ada customer ️nak beli 3 rantai, I akan upsell customer pilih 2 rantai lagi , dapat discount +FREE POSTAGE


Tip 4: FOLLOW UP CUSTOMER

  • follow up next day , tengok Apa masaalah, ️tak suka design Kah Atau ️nak tengok design lain KAH ?


Tip 5: Selalu inform customer u reserve item Sampai ESOK saje

  • Kerana orang yg ️tak begitu Minat , U bagi 3 hari 4 hari pun ️tak akan bank in
  •   dan the longer reservation period U bagi customer , high change mereka suddenly Tukar fikiran
  •  mungkin Kerana over budget KAH Atau macam macam
  •   so shorter reservation period =close sale Cepat

PLATFORM MANA BOLEH JUAL ONLINE DGN LEBIH SENANG?

Memang banyak cara yg kami boleh jual aksesori ni, dan saya akan share akan few places yg boleh jual lebih efektif

No 1 : Instagram


-Instagram ni dah lama sis june cakap yg paling efektif utk FREE marketing.
-Utk make sure setiap hari akan dapat sale, u mesti buat SWAP KOSISTENTLY setiap hari.
-Kena setiap hari konsisten, kalau tak  , mestilah tak dapat sale kan?
-Setiap org mesti at least tengok iklan tu minimum 3-4 kali , baru akan berminat , so kalau tak buat swap konsisten, mesti tak ada sale dari customer lama atau customer baru.
-Yg Swap marketing ni kami dah explain last time (boleh refer info sharing last time)



No 2: Wechat/Line


-Wechat & Line boleh share kan photo -photo products kat feed dia.
-selalunya u share , mesti ingat share konsistently SETIAP HARI
-Photo posting kena share setiap hari cause setiap org suka tengok NEW ARRIVALS kan? So apabila u share gambar baru, mereka akan suka tengok, mungkin sekarang tak beli, tapi apabila mereka nak guna aksesori , mereka akan ingat u
-So normally dari instagram , I akan ask customer add saya kat wechat & line , so that mereka dapat nampak new arrival yg I share setiap hari.



No 3 : Facebook personal newsfeed , BUKAN fb page


-sis June tak recommend guna fb page kerana, kalau u tak ada guna fb advertisement, jual kat fb page u tak ada dapat sale. Kalau nak guna page, u kena ada marketing budget baru berkesan.
-so kalau nak jual kat fb, lebih baik jual kat personal fb u
-suggestion saya ialah u buat satu fb personal account - add kawan & customer u kat fb account yg baru ni .


Yg semua platforms ni , tak kisah mana u jual , remember 1 perkara yg sgt IMPORTANT
*MESTI SHARE NEW ARRIVALS KONSISTENTLY setiap hari, that’s why setiap hari sis june pun ada bagi 15 photos yg u boleh post kat platform semua ni.*

Tip 1: Start dari Social Media : Instagram/Fb yg paling hot sekarang


·        Bagi fb & insta u kena selalu updates
·        Sebab kalau u tak selalu update, instagram tak ada keluar ur photo & tunjuk orang lain.
·        So mesti set kan target, setiap hari mesti up at least 5 gambar


Tip 2:  Bagi Instagram , Cari orang lain swap review dgn u



·        Boleh arrange swap review dgn orang lain
a.       Eg : u ada 5000 followers , u cari insta yg ada 5000 followers, swapkan advertisement dgn mereka, mereka dapat ur followers, u dapat followers mereka juga
b.       U boleh cari tag #swapreview kat instagram utk cari orang yg berminat.
c.       Selalunya mereka ada whatsapp group yg boleh join

d.       Bawah sini I letak contact number admin utk group swap , u tengok ur instagram followers berapa, then whatsapp group owner utk masuk u ke group ya ( number kat bawah)

  • Sekarang memang ada banyak autofollow atau autocomment softwares
  • Tekan SINI for more info utk softwares. Setiap software charges tak sama, kalau u belum ada modal, u boleh buat manual sendiri utk autofollow
  • Kalau u autofollow sendiri, ingatkan setiap kali follow boleh follow maximum 50 org saje (lepas tu , u kena rest for at least 1 jam baru boleh start follow balik)

How to Take Care your Jewellery



Avoid contact with acidic and alkaline substances.
Avoid getting perfume and hair spray on your pearl jewelry if you can. Perfume, hair spray, some lotions and makeup contain chemicalsthat can dull the luster of your pearls. Put on your pearl jewelry after applying these substances, not beforehand.
Don't wear your pearls constantly.
It's best to take off your pearl jewelry before doing any strenuous work that may make you sweat or get the pearls dirty, such as housework. In addition, take off your pearls before swimming or taking a shower.


Regular maintenance.
Check your pearl jewelry regularly to make sure there are no loose pearls. Pearls can be cleaned using water and a soft cloth, or soaps formulated tobe very gentle, such as baby shampoo. If you wear a pearl necklace frequently, you should have it restrung at least once a year.

Don't use toothpaste to wash pearls.
Toothpaste contains rigid particles that can damage the surface of your pearls. The best cleaning substance for pearls is a very gentle soap, such as baby shampoo.

Don't put your pearls in the washing machine.
Yes, we've heard of people doing this. Pearls cannot withstand the shaking in supersonic washing machines, and may break apart if left in the wash. Don't ever let your pearls go into the washing machine.
